DBS Checks

DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks are essential for roles involving children, vulnerable adults, or positions of trust. UKPI handles all levels of DBS checks quickly and efficiently.

Levels of DBS check

• Basic DBS check – shows unspent convictions. Available for any role.
• Standard DBS check – shows spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands and warnings.
• Enhanced DBS check – includes all standard check information plus any relevant police intelligence.
• Enhanced with barred list check – the highest level, includes checks against the children and/or adults barred lists.
