How we help you

Legal support situations requiring investigation

Every case is different, but these are the most common reasons people come to us for legal support.

Process serving

Court orders, divorce petitions, injunctions, statutory demands and other legal documents. We serve across England and Wales with sworn proof of service.

Witness location

A key witness has moved and cannot be found. We trace current addresses and confirm residency so proceedings can continue.

Evidence for civil litigation

Your client needs evidence to support their claim or defence. We conduct surveillance, take witness statements and gather documentary evidence.

Family law support

Cohabitation checks, asset location, behaviour evidence for divorce proceedings and child welfare assessments. We work alongside family solicitors.

Insurance litigation support

Claimant surveillance, witness interviews, scene examinations and evidence verification for insurance disputes and personal injury defence.

Court attendance

Our investigators attend court to give evidence, present reports and answer questions under cross-examination. Professional, composed and well-prepared.

What we do not do

We support legal professionals with evidence and intelligence. Some things sit outside our remit.

  • We do not provide legal advice or represent clients in court.
  • We do not serve as process servers in jurisdictions where we are not authorised.
  • We do not fabricate, alter, or embellish evidence under any circumstances.
  • We do not contact opposing parties directly without prior agreement.
  • We do not guarantee court outcomes. We guarantee the quality of our evidence.

Real outcomes

Legal support case examples

All names and identifying details have been changed to protect client confidentiality.

The avoiding defendant

The challenge

A solicitor had been unable to serve divorce proceedings on a husband who had left the family home and was deliberately avoiding service.

Our approach

We traced his current address through database searches and confirmed residency through surveillance. Personal service was effected at 7:15 am as he left for work.

Service was confirmed with a sworn proof of service statement. The proceedings continued within the court timetable.

The missing witness

The challenge

A criminal defence solicitor needed to locate a key witness who had moved from the address in the original statement. The trial was in three weeks.

Our approach

We traced the witness through electoral records and employment data to a new address 80 miles from the original location.

The witness was located within 48 hours. A new statement was taken. The witness attended court and the defendant was acquitted.

The litigation evidence

The challenge

A commercial litigation solicitor needed evidence that a former business partner was trading in breach of a court order.

Our approach

Surveillance and open-source intelligence confirmed the individual was operating a competing business from home, using a different trading name but serving the same clients.

The evidence was submitted to the court. The judge found the individual in contempt. Costs and damages were awarded to the client.
